Terms and Conditions
Membership Agreement · Effective Date: 2026 · Governed by the laws of the State of Florida
1. Introduction and Parties
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Ardent (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual who has executed this Agreement (“Client”). Together with the Ardent Privacy Policy, this Agreement governs the terms under which Ardent provides its private matchmaking services to Client. By clicking “I Agree” and submitting payment, Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set forth herein.
2. Nature of Services
Ardent is a private, invitation-only introduction service. Our services include curating and facilitating introductions between male clients and female network members, coordinating date logistics, providing coaching and advisory support, and granting access to exclusive member events and concierge services as applicable to Client’s tier.
Ardent does not guarantee that Client will find a romantic partner, spouse, or companion. We do not guarantee compatibility, chemistry, or any specific outcome from any introduction. The service Ardent provides is the application of professional judgment, curation, and effort on behalf of the Client. Results are not guaranteed and no refund shall be issued on the basis that Client did not find a match.
3. Eligibility
To enter into this Agreement Client must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, have never been convicted of a felony or sexually related offense, have never had a restraining order or order of protection issued against them, and must provide accurate and truthful information throughout the onboarding process and the duration of the membership. Client agrees to authorize Ardent to conduct a background screening as deemed appropriate.
4. Membership Tiers and Fees
Ardent offers three membership tiers. Each tier includes a one-time fee paid at signing and a monthly membership fee billed via wire transfer. The minimum commitment period is six months with the option to renew.
| Tier | One-time fee | Monthly fee | Six-month minimum |

| Tier 2 | $15,000 | $1,500 | $24,000 |
| Tier 1 | $25,000 | $2,000 | $37,000 |
Tier 3
Includes 1 to 2 curated introductions per month, pre and post date calls, premium date coordination including first date covered by Ardent, access to partner services, photoshoot and profile optimization, and client dashboard access with one monthly matchmaker call.
Tier 2
Includes 3 to 4 curated introductions per month, pre and post date calls, a dedicated matchmaker, biweekly coaching or account review calls, priority access to newly onboarded female members, and client dashboard access.
Tier 1
Includes 5 or more curated introductions per month, pre and post date calls, a dedicated senior matchmaker with weekly availability, full date experience design including restaurant, driver, and briefing, dining and experience credits, concierge access for reservations, travel, and hotels, NDA-level privacy protocol, and first access to VIP events.
All fees are paid via wire transfer only. No credit card payments are accepted. The one-time fee is due in full at signing before services commence. Monthly membership fees are due on the same date each month for the duration of the membership. Add-on services not included in the above tiers are billed at $250 per hour with a minimum of one hour.
5. What Constitutes an Introduction
An introduction is defined as Ardent presenting Client with a female network member who meets all of Client’s documented dealbreakers. A dealbreaker is a non-negotiable requirement explicitly stated by Client during onboarding — for example, not wanting to be introduced to someone who has children or who smokes, if Client has stated these as absolute requirements.
Preferences and general compatibility criteria are taken into account by Ardent in good faith but do not constitute dealbreakers. Ardent uses professional judgment to curate introductions that align with Client’s overall profile, lifestyle, and relationship goals. An introduction is considered a valid introduction when the female network member presented meets all documented dealbreakers, regardless of whether the introduction leads to a date, a connection, or a relationship.
Ardent makes no guarantee that any introduction will result in mutual interest, romantic chemistry, or a lasting relationship. The quality and effort of the curation is the service, not the outcome.
6. Refund Policy
All fees paid to Ardent are non-refundable. Work on behalf of the Client begins immediately upon signing, including onboarding, profile building, internal candidate review, matchmaker assignment, and network outreach. This work represents a significant investment of time and resources by Ardent regardless of when the first introduction is presented.
Ardent does not issue refunds based on the timing of introductions, as factors outside Ardent’s control including Client’s availability, responsiveness, and travel schedule may affect the pace of the matching process. Ardent will make every reasonable effort to begin presenting introductions as promptly as possible once onboarding is complete.
No refunds are issued for add-on services, event access, coaching sessions, or concierge services once those have been rendered.
7. Client Obligations
Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times during the membership. Client agrees to complete and return a feedback form after each introduction. Receipt of feedback is required before Ardent will facilitate any subsequent introduction. Client agrees to maintain open and timely communication with their assigned matchmaker or coordinator, including responding to outreach within a reasonable timeframe. Client acknowledges that delays caused by unresponsiveness, travel, or unavailability are the responsibility of the Client and do not affect the validity of the membership term or fee obligations.
Client agrees to treat all female network members with respect and professionalism at all times. Client agrees not to contact female network members through any channel other than those arranged by Ardent without explicit prior consent from both parties. Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by Ardent regarding female network members including their names, photographs, and personal details.
8. Confidentiality
All information shared by Ardent with Client regarding female network members is strictly confidential. Client may not share, reproduce, or disclose this information to any third party. Client may not use any information provided by Ardent for any purpose other than the romantic introduction for which it was intended. Breach of this provision is grounds for immediate termination of membership with no refund.
9. Termination by Ardent
Ardent reserves the sole right to terminate this Agreement immediately and without refund if any of the following occur:
- Client is found to have provided false or misleading information during onboarding or at any point during the membership.
- Client engages in disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior toward any female network member or any Ardent staff member.
- Client attempts to contact female network members outside of Ardent-arranged channels without prior consent.
- Client is convicted of a felony or sexually related offense during the membership period.
- Client’s conduct is deemed by Ardent, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the reputation, integrity, or operations of the service.
In all cases of termination under this section, fees paid are non-refundable.
10. Termination by Client
Client may choose not to renew at the conclusion of the six-month minimum commitment period. Early termination by Client prior to the conclusion of the six-month minimum period does not entitle Client to any refund of fees paid, including the one-time fee or any monthly membership fees already billed. All remaining monthly membership fees due within the six-month commitment period remain payable in full regardless of early termination.
11. Non-Disparagement
Client agrees not to make negative, derogatory, or disparaging remarks about Ardent, its staff, its members, or its network publicly or privately during the membership or for five years following the end of the membership. This includes but is not limited to posts on social media, review platforms, blogs, podcasts, or any other public or semi-public forum. Client agrees to contact Ardent directly at legal@ardent.com to resolve any concerns in good faith before making any public statement. Breach of this clause entitles Ardent to seek injunctive relief and damages.
12. No Guarantee
Ardent makes no guarantee of any romantic outcome, compatibility, or relationship as a result of its services. Ardent is not responsible for the conduct, character, intentions, or accuracy of information provided by female network members. Ardent does not conduct medical or psychological evaluations of female network members. Any background screening conducted by Ardent is limited in scope and does not constitute a comprehensive criminal or legal background check. Client assumes personal responsibility for their safety and wellbeing in all in-person meetings facilitated through Ardent’s services.
13. Liability
Ardent’s total liability to Client arising from or related to this Agreement, regardless of the theory of liability or cause of action, shall not exceed the total monthly membership fees paid by Client in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall Ardent be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of opportunity, or damages arising from interactions with any female network member.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ardent and its officers, employees, contractors, matchmakers, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or damage arising out of Client’s use of the service, Client’s interactions with any female network member, or Client’s breach of this Agreement.
14. Background Check Authorization
By accepting this Agreement, Client authorizes Ardent to investigate and obtain any information deemed relevant to Client’s eligibility and suitability for membership, including publicly available background information. Client represents that they have never been convicted of a felony, sexually related assault, or domestic violence offense, and that no restraining order or order of protection has ever been issued against them.
15. Previous Misconduct Declaration
By accepting this Agreement, Client represents and warrants that they have never been convicted of a felony, a sexually related offense, or any crime involving violence or the threat of violence. Client further represents that no restraining order or protective order has ever been issued against them. Any misrepresentation of this information constitutes grounds for immediate termination without refund and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
16. Death or Disability
In the event that Client is unable to receive services due to death or verified medical disability, any prepaid monthly membership fees allocable to the period following the date of death or verified onset of disability will be refunded to Client or Client’s estate upon written verification from a licensed physician or legal representative. The one-time tier fee is non-refundable under any circumstance.
17. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from or related to this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith by contacting Ardent at legal@ardent.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 60 days of written notice, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in the State of Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs. This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. Non-Transferability
This Agreement and all membership rights granted herein are personal to Client and may not be assigned, transferred, gifted, or shared with any other individual under any circumstance.
19. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected or impaired by such finding.
20. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Ardent Privacy Policy and any tier-specific addenda, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein. It supersedes all prior representations, promises, understandings, negotiations, or agreements whether written or oral. Any modification to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Ardent.
21. Amendments
Ardent reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation in the membership following notice of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
22. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By clicking “I Agree,” Client confirms and acknowledges the following:
- Client has read and fully understands all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
- Client meets all eligibility requirements including age, legal capacity, and the absence of any disqualifying criminal history.
- Client understands that all fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in Sections 6 and 16.
- Client understands that Ardent makes no guarantee of any romantic outcome and that the service provided is professional curation and effort, not a guaranteed result.
- Client understands that work on their behalf begins immediately upon acceptance of this Agreement and that the membership term and fee obligations are not contingent on the timing of any introduction.
- Client agrees to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 17 and waives the right to participate in any class action proceeding against Ardent.
