Privacy Policy
Effective Date: 2026 · Governed by the laws of the State of Florida
1. Introduction
Ardent is a private matchmaking service committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all individuals who interact with our services, including male clients, female network members, referral agents, and website visitors.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights regarding that information. By submitting an application, signing a membership or network agreement, or interacting with any Ardent platform or representative, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Personal and contact information — including first and last name, email address, phone number, city and state of residence, age, and industry or profession.
- Profile information — including photographs, physical description, lifestyle preferences, relationship goals, and any other information you voluntarily provide during the intake or onboarding process.
- Financial information — including wire transfer records and billing details related to your membership. All payments are processed via wire transfer only.
- Communications — including emails, call notes, feedback forms, and any correspondence between you and Ardent staff, matchmakers, or coordinators.
- Usage information — including how you interact with the Ardent client dashboard or female member portal, including login activity, page views, and actions taken within the platform.
- Referral information — if you were referred to Ardent by an agent or existing member, we collect information about that referral relationship.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide our matchmaking services — including curating introductions, coordinating dates, and managing your membership or network profile.
- To communicate with you — including sending introduction briefings, date reminders, event invitations, coaching call schedules, and service-related updates via email or phone.
- To store and use photographs — photos submitted by female network members are stored indefinitely and used internally for matching and profile purposes. Photos are never shared publicly and are only used within the context of a managed introduction.
- To process payments — wire transfer records are maintained for billing, accounting, and legal compliance purposes.
- To improve our services — feedback provided after introductions or dates is used to refine our matching process and improve your experience.
- To enforce our agreements — we use your information to ensure compliance with our Membership Agreement, Female Network Agreement, and Referral Agent Agreement.
- To comply with legal obligations — we may use or disclose your information as required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
- For business and commercial purposes — we may use your information for internal business operations, analysis, and other lawful commercial purposes as our business evolves. We will update this policy accordingly when material changes occur.
4. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With other members or network participants — as part of facilitating an introduction, limited profile information is shared with the other party in the form of a curated briefing. Last names are not shared until after a first introduction has taken place.
- With service providers — we may share information with trusted third-party vendors who support our operations including our CRM platform, web application host, and other operational partners. These providers are contractually required to keep your information confidential.
- With referral agents — referral agents receive confirmation that a referred candidate has been accepted into the network for the purpose of processing their referral fee. No additional personal information is shared.
- In connection with a business transfer — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified in advance.
- As required by law — we may disclose your information to law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or courts when required by applicable law or legal process.
5. Data Storage and Retention
All personal information is stored securely on our internal systems and CRM platform. Female network member photographs are stored indefinitely for the purpose of ongoing matching. Client and member personal information is retained for the duration of the membership or network relationship and for a period of five years thereafter for legal and business record purposes. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us at legal@ardent.com, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require us to retain certain records.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or misuse. Access to client and member information is restricted to authorized Ardent staff only, and all team members are bound by confidentiality obligations. While we take every reasonable precaution, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Confidentiality and Discretion
Ardent operates as a private, invitation-only service. We do not publish client or member profiles publicly. We do not list client names, photographs, or personal details on our website or social media. All introductions are handled internally and confidentially.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you. You have the right to request correction of inaccurate information. You have the right to request deletion of your information, subject to any legal or contractual retention obligations.
